Roberto Lucanero‘s experiences have expanded with the passage of time, just like a folding accordion, and are being poured into a free exploration of all the other philosophical, artistic and social ramifications associated with the accordion. However, take note! Every stretch of road of every journey he has undertaken has always had a precise departure point and a gravitational centre – himself and his own culture. His encounter with the world of manufacturing, and with the market, through his collaboration with Excelsior began in 1992. Since then, Lucanero has experienced a unique venture in which technical knowledge, art, talent, creativity and commercial relations interpenetrate and enhance each other in turn so that on the one hand Lucanero has been able to get to know people, artists, and international markets whilst at the same time enriching the Excelsior accordion as a product with exclusive added value.
